TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposits and payments

To secure your order, a full deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order for the selected date. Bookings are not confirmed until a full deposit has been received. All payment instructions are given with an issued invoice. 

 

Cancellations/ order changes/ refunds

Any changes to your order before the required delivery date may incur a fee to cover changes. Any orders cancelled will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 1 week (7 days) of the delivery date. If you would like to move your date, please notify us by email and we will do our best to accommodate to this request. 

 

Deliveries

Delivery fees are calculated based on the total distance, and will be present as an additional expense on the invoice sent out. After delivery is completed, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused after delivery. Refunds will not be issued for damage to the portrait after it has been delivered. 

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Payment of your order is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions.
